Cancellation Policy

Synergy Mobile Massage Policies 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. 2. Payment Policy Credit card is kept on file at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service via e-transfer, cash, or credit card. 3. Client Readiness & Setup Please ensure a quiet, warm space is available at your location for setup. The massage session starts as soon as the table is set up – client must be prepared to start on time. A minimum of 6 ft x 10 ft is needed for the massage table. 4. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late or are not ready at the scheduled time, your session may be shortened to respect following clients. The full-service fee will still apply. 5. Health & Safety Policy If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, or have had a recent injury, please reschedule your appointment. Your safety and the safety of your therapist are a priority. 6. Receipt & Insurance Claims A receipt with the therapist’s RMT license number will be provided after the session for insurance reimbursement purposes. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage for mobile massage therapy. 7. Privacy & Confidentiality All client information is confidential and securely stored. We will never share your information without your consent.
