Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Payment Policy

  • Credit card is kept on file at the time of booking. 

  • Payment is due at the time of service via e-transfer, cash, or credit card.
     

Client Readiness & Setup

  • Please ensure a quiet, warm space is available at your location for setup. 

  • The massage session starts as soon as the table is set up – client must be prepared to start on time.

  • A minimum of 6 ft x 10 ft is needed for the massage table.

Late arrivals

  • If you arrive late or are not ready at the scheduled time, your session may be shortened to respect following clients.  The full-service fee will apply.

Health & Safety

Insurance & Health Benefits 

  • A receipt with the therapist’s RMT license number will be provided after the session for health benefits / insurance reimbursement purposes.

  • Please check with your provider to confirm coverage for mobile massage therapy.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information is confidential and securely stored.
    We will never share your information without your consent.
