Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
Payment Policy

Credit card is kept on file at the time of booking.

Payment is due at the time of service via e-transfer, cash, or credit card.
Client Readiness & Setup

Please ensure a quiet, warm space is available at your location for setup.

The massage session starts as soon as the table is set up – client must be prepared to start on time.

A minimum of 6 ft x 10 ft is needed for the massage table.
Late arrivals

If you arrive late or are not ready at the scheduled time, your session may be shortened to respect following clients. The full-service fee will apply.

Insurance & Health Benefits

A receipt with the therapist’s RMT license number will be provided after the session for health benefits / insurance reimbursement purposes.
